110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensee had cords from a computer monitor not secured, making it capable of forming a loop around a child’s neck. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee had several plastic bags in the art drawer accessible in the classroom licensed space. 110-300-0165(3)(f) Licensee has a large set of child cubbies by the entrance door not secured to the wall, creating a tipping and falling hazard.
